Quick And Moist Microwave Cake

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons brownie mix
- 2 tablespoons water (i have had great success with half and half or chocolate milk.) or 2 tablespoons milk (i have had great success with half and half or chocolate milk.)
- dessert topping (optional)
Recipe
- 1 in 1 cup microwave-safe tupperware dish combine brownie mix and 2 tablespoons water or milk or half and half.
- 2 mix well into a batter; be sure to scrape any dry ingredients from the sides.
- 3 microwave on high for 1 minute.
- 4 cake is done when top is moist , sponge-like and no longer gooey.
- 5 if cake is not done after 1 minute, cook an additional 15 to 30 seconds.
- 6 cool your microwave cake; adorn with your favorite dessert toppings.
- 7 enjoy!
