Quick And Moist Microwave Cake

Total Time: 2 mins Preparation Time: 1 min Cook Time: 1 min

Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons brownie mix
  • 2 tablespoons water (i have had great success with half and half or chocolate milk.) or 2 tablespoons milk (i have had great success with half and half or chocolate milk.)
  • dessert topping (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in 1 cup microwave-safe tupperware dish combine brownie mix and 2 tablespoons water or milk or half and half.
  • 2 mix well into a batter; be sure to scrape any dry ingredients from the sides.
  • 3 microwave on high for 1 minute.
  • 4 cake is done when top is moist , sponge-like and no longer gooey.
  • 5 if cake is not done after 1 minute, cook an additional 15 to 30 seconds.
  • 6 cool your microwave cake; adorn with your favorite dessert toppings.
  • 7 enjoy!
