Pears With Easy Chocolate Sauce

• 1 (14 ounce) can pears
• 3/4 cup water
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1/2 cup sifted cocoa powder
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 divide pears among 4 individual dessert dishes& set aside.
• 2 combine water& sugar in a small saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat.
• 3 stir in cocoa& return to a boil; boil, stirring constantly, for 1 minute.
• 4 remove from heat, stir in vanilla& drizzle sauce over pears.
• 5 serve at once.
