Peanutty Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

• 1 1/2 cups sugar
• 2/3 cup evaporated milk
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups miniature marshmallows
• 1 (11 ounce) package peanut butter chips
• 1/2 cup chopped peanuts
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 line 8x8 pan with foil.
• 2 combine sugar, milk, butter, and salt in med heavy saucepan.
• 3 bring to a full boil over med heat, stirring constantly.
• 4 boil, stirring constantly for 4 minutes.
• 5 remove from heat.
• 6 stir in marshmallows, chips, peanuts and vanilla.
• 7 stir hard for 1 minutes.
• 8 pour into pan.
• 9 chill for 2 hours.
