Molton Lava Cake

Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/3 cup bittersweet chocolate chips
- 1 large egg large egg yolk
- 1 large egg yolk
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
Recipe
- 1 heat oven to 450f.
- 2 butter two 6 oz ramekins and dust inside with flour.
- 3 place the butter and chocolate in glass bow and microwave in 20 seconds intervals stirring after each until melted and smooth.
- 4 beat the egg,egg yolk and sugar in a medium bowl until lighter in color and thick.
- 5 add the melted chocolate and butter and beat until fully incorporated and smooth.
- 6 divide the batter between the ramekins.
- 7 bake until edges are set and center still jiggles slightly 8 to 10 minutes.
- 8 let stand 15 seconds.
- 9 run a knife around the edge
- 10 invert each cake onto plate
- 11 dust with confectioners sugar.
- 12 serve immediatly.
- 13 add mint or berries if desired.
