- 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

- in a double boiler, combine milk, water, salt and chocolate. heat, stirring constantly until thick. remove from heat and allow to cool. add vanilla.
- spread or drizzle over your cake.
