Blender Chocolate Mousse

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (12 ounce) package semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup hot milk (160 degrees f/71 degrees c)
  • 3 tablespoons brandy

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 1 hr 15 mins

  • in an electric blender container, combine chocolate chips, sugar and eggs. blend. add hot milk and brandy. blend until smooth. pour into 8 demitasse cups or other small serving cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
