Ingredients
- 2 cookies, medium sized (home-made or store-bought)
- 1/4 cup ice cream, slightly softened
- 1 tablespoon candy sprinkles
Recipe
- 1 scoop ice cream into bottom-center of one cookie, heaped into the center. press second cookie into heap, squeeze gently until the ice cream spreads to the edges. use a bread knife to smooth edges.
- 2 pour sprinkles into small bowl or plate (in a little heap). roll ice cream edges of the cookies through the sprinkles (like a wheel) until all edges are covered with sprinks!
- 3 freeze until "treat-time.".
- 4 options for the ice cream: chocolate, butter pecan, strawberry, rocky road, etc. you get the drift?.
- 5 options for the cookies: chocolate chip, oatmeal w/raisins, sugar cookies, peanut butter, gingersnaps.
