See's Fudge

Ingredients

• 10 marshmallows, regular size
• 1/4 lb butter, one stick
• 3/4 cup evaporated milk
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips
• 1/2 cup nuts (optional)
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Recipe

• 1 melt 10 marshmallows along with the butter in a double boiler.
• 2 boil the evaporated milk with the sugar for 6 minutes.
• 3 pour milk mixture and marshmallow mixture over the chocolate chips and mix with wooden spoon until creamy and thick which is about 8 minutes.
• 4 add the vanilla and nuts and then pour into buttered 8x8 pan. cool in refrigerator and then cut into squares.
