Ingredients

• 1 teaspoon baking powder
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 2 cups sugar
• 1 cup butter
• 3 teaspoons vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 3/4 cup milk
• 12 ounces miniature chocolate chips
• confectioners' sugar

Recipe

• 1 heat oven to 325.
• 2 mix flour, baking powder, and salt. set aside.
• 3 beat sugar, butter, vanilla till creamy.
• 4 beat in eggs one at a time.
• 5 add flour and mix in milk.
• 6 stir in mini chocolate chips.
• 7 pour in greased pan.
• 8 bake 70-80 minutes.
• 9 cool.
• 10 sprinkle confectioner's sugar.
