Million Dollar Fudge

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 4 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
  • 1 pint marshmallow creme
  • 12 ounces hershey milk chocolate candy bars
  • 12 ounces german's sweet chocolate
  • 2 cups nuts (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 in heavy sauce pan over medium heat, bring sugar, salt, butter and evaporated milk to a boil.
  • 2 boil for 6 minutes.
  • 3 meanwhile, place marshmallow fluff and chocolate (and nuts) in a large bowl.
  • 4 pour the boiled syrup over mixture.
  • 5 beat until chocolate is melted.
  • 6 spray pan with nonstick cooking spray and pour fudge into the pan.
  • 7 let harden at room temperature or in the fridge.
