chocolate ganache icing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 3 tablespoons

  • melt chocolate, cream, butter or margarine, and together until smooth. allow to cool a little before spreading liberally over cake.
