Rum Raisin Clusters

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup whipping cream
  • 1 tablespoon dark rum
  • 1 1/2 cups raisins
  • 1/2 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 ounces chocolate

Recipe

  • 1 combine chocolate chips and whipping cream in a small saucepan.
  • 2 cook and stir over low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is smooth.
  • 3 stir in rum until smooth.
  • 4 stir in raisins and pecans.
  • 5 spoon into foil cups or drop by a spoon in small mounds onto baking sheet lined with waxed paper.
  • 6 in another small saucepan, melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly; drizzle over raisin clusters.
  • 7 chill until firm.
  • 8 store in a tightly covered container in refrigerator.
