Peanut Butter Cocoa Fudge

Ingredients

• 1 cup peanut butter
• 3 tablespoons peanut butter
• 1 cup butter (no substitutes)
• 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar
• 3 tablespoons cocoa
• 1 tablespoon vanilla extract

Recipe

• 1 in a saucepan, combine peanut butter and butter. cook and stir over medium heat until blended. remove from heat.
• 2 stir in sugar, cocoa and vanilla.
• 3 spread into a buttered 8-inch square pan.
• 4 freeze for 30 minutes or just until set. i let mine set up on the counter or you could let it set up in the refrigerator.
• 5 store at room temperature.
